Smart TV Setup
Install IPTV App
Go to your TV's app store and search for "Smart IPTV" or "OTT Player". Download and install the app.
Launch the App
Open the installed IPTV app. You may see a message asking for your MAC address or activation code.
Activate Your Device
Note down the MAC address shown on screen and contact our support team to activate your device.
Load Your Playlist
Once activated, your channels will automatically load. This may take a few minutes.
Important Note
Some Smart TVs require a one-time activation fee for IPTV apps. This fee is paid to the app developer, not DEI IPTV.
Mobile Devices Setup
Download IPTV App
Search for and install a recommended IPTV player from your device's app store.
Configure the App
Open the app and select "Login with Xtream Codes API" or "Add Playlist".
Enter Your Credentials
Input the following details provided in your welcome email:
- Portal URL: portal.deiiptv.com
- Username: Your username
- Password: Your password
Enjoy Your Content
Save the settings and wait for the channels to load. You can now watch DEI IPTV on your mobile device.
Streaming Devices Setup
Install IPTV Application
For Firestick: Search for "IPTV Smarters" or "TiviMate" in the Amazon Appstore.
For Android TV: Use the Google Play Store to download a compatible IPTV player.
Launch the Application
Open the installed app. Most apps will have an option to "Add User" or "Add Playlist".
Enter Connection Details
Select "Xtream Codes API" and enter your credentials:
- Portal URL: portal.deiiptv.com
- Username: Your username
- Password: Your password
Complete Setup
Save the settings and wait for the app to load your channel list. This may take a few minutes.
Pro Tip
For the best experience on Firestick, we recommend using the "Downloader" app to sideload IPTV applications not available in the Amazon Appstore.
Computer Setup
Choose Your Player
You can use either:
- VLC Media Player (Free, available for all platforms)
- Kodi with IPTV Simple Client
- Web Player (via your browser)
Using VLC Media Player
Open VLC, go to Media → Open Network Stream, and enter your M3U playlist URL (provided in your welcome email).
Using Kodi
Install the "PVR IPTV Simple Client" addon, then configure it with your M3U playlist URL.
Using Web Player
Visit our web portal, log in with your credentials, and start watching directly in your browser.
